Company is good, delivery experience was awful
They delivered what was promised. My only problem is the choice in company for the distribution service.
Long story short, I like the company themselves, but the delivery experience was awful.
Firstly, I had no idea whether I had to sign for the package or if they'd just leave it at the door. Secondly, due to the inconveniences of their service, being that they only deliver during workhours and they demand a signature, I was unable to meet their demands. I either had to call in sick or take an unpaid vacation day. After speaking with their customer support we came to an agreement that the deliveryman would call me 1 hour ahead of time the next day.
I get the call the next day and the driver had misunderstood the assignment as they were waiting outside my door once again without calling me ahead of time... Luckily I was able to get there in time and I resolved the problem and recieved my package.
I don't blame the deliveryman. I'm just dissapointed in the distribution service that was used.
