extremely frustrating…

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Cinepolis India's online booking system. I spent three hours trying to book tickets using my voucher code, but the system simply wouldn’t accept it. To make matters worse, after multiple failed attempts, the site started showing the voucher as already used, even though the ticket was never booked!

Ultimately, my voucher expired due to this glitch, and I was left with no resolution. This is unacceptable for a brand like Cinepolis. Their online ticketing system is one of the worst I’ve come across—full of bugs, errors, and zero customer support to address such issues. Highly disappointed!
