Very bad experience, customer service on several platforms, no answer anywhere, after I deleted account, they still kept charging me, which I noticed few months after, and of course I am not expecting any refund, as there's no one to talk to about. Horrible. I paid for a year and only after paying when I logged it, I was notified that you can stream films only on your computer (no Apple TV no Roku or similar)… who wants to watch films on a 16inch screen? I emailed them in May and now it’s September - no response. Obviously a scam.

Even with a very good internet connection, the streaming stopped every 5 minutes and had to be refreshed, what was annoying, although the movie was great(Ajvar 5/5).
