Awful! Terrible quality and horrible service. Received wrong item and they refuse to correct it. After 20 emails I still just received standard reply’s and now they have stopped answering.

Never buy anything from this company!!!!!

Worst online shopping experience ever. Repeating the sentiments of other reviews, item is different to that described and posted on the site. Stupidly made a purchase out of curiosity and they will not cover shipping fee and the emails are very repetitive and offered me first 8% then 10% and lastly 15% partial refund and will not budge.

I purchased three dresses from the site after seeing them on an instagram advert. The quality is so bad, I ordered a dress with buttons and three buttons fell off the first time I wore it.

I also tried returning a dress that was a different colour as pictured (hot pink instead of blush) and size (too small) and they wouldn't provide me with a return address. Instead they told me to give it to a friend and offered 8%, then 10% then 12% refund. I opened a paypal dispute to get my money back but they ruled in the sellers favour. A different colour and size are not enough to get your money back as the item wasn't "significantly" different or damaged. Now I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear and they won’t honour the refund policy they have advertised on their website.

I highly do not recommend buying from this website.

Ordered 3 items and 2 of them were not what was shown in the photo. I got no receipt and when i contacted them and it bounced back. Said I could apply fot technical support and that resulted in service error!

I cannot lie to you, this was the biggest regret of my life. I ordered two sweatshirts and they look absolutely nothing like the pictures. Horrible quality. I ordered a plain grey zip-up sweatshirt and it came in with words printed on it? Im so confused and you can't make returns. Please listen to me and don't let the pictures and the price fool you like it fooled me.

Absolute scam company- avoid at all costs. They send me a falsely advertised item I ordered from an Instagram ad, big mistake. The dresses were not at all what was advertised, it was clearly fake and I am too embarassed to even post a photo of what I received, a sad attempt at copying another ad. I tried to return as stated on their website "free returns" and finally got a response via email that told me to sell these two dresses to a friend, refusing to give me a return shipping label as promised on their website. After I said I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company, they blocked my email and I received an email back in Chinese that it was rejected, even tried from another email. Lesson learned- avoid IG ads and scam Chinese companies like this one.

They are so lucky I can’t give 0 stars because they don’t even deserve the 1. I really wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. The return policy is bogus. Says “don’t return to manufacturer” but doesn’t give a return address. I have emailed and instagrammed them and they just won’t reply. I paid for express shipping on 9/5 didn’t get the dresses until 10/7 and the tracking number was no good so I was in the dark about my order. Luckily I have an amazing bank that let me dispute the charge. I have reported on Instagram and will be letting Instagram know they are promoting a scam company. I ordered off pretty little thing 9/9 and got my package 9/12 and it came all the way from U.K. Oh and every tine I try to email them now it won’t even go through.

Worst online shopping experience of my life.. Wish I’d read these reviews before wasting £100. Waited a month, my items showed up. Epitome of false advertising, poor quality. No returns details available and had weeks of back and forth emails. The company withheld the returns address.. Just stated I’d be wasting my time, it’d cost too much to send back, it’d get lost in the post, telling me to just take the items to a tailor to get ‘fixed’, to give them away as gifts or to try and sell them on myself.. So frustrating. Opened a dispute with PayPal but even if I manage to get a returns address (And pay a hefty return fee to China) I anticipate they’ll find another reason not to refund me - total scam. Don’t understand how they can legally trade. Avoid 100%.

Ordered a few items. Came (eventually) and I wanted to return all but one as no longer wanted. They pretty much refused to give me address to return items. Firstly recommending I sell onto family or friends?!? (Seriously!!) then a 2% refund as apparently it will be too much effort for me to return and then when I pushed back for a 3rd time was offered an 8% refund?!? Still by this point I have not learned where to return to.
Meanwhile I’ve raised case with PayPal to get my money back.
Scammers.

Very dissatisfied. Was supposed to be a sweatshirt and received a thin long sleeve instead. Not the quality or even close to the image and details displayed on website. Messaged on returning, poor customer service. Will not be ordering again. Wish I saw these reviews before ordering.

I saw an ad for this place on Instagram so first of all shame on Instagram for allowing scam sites on their platform.
I ordered a couple of sweatshirts. It took almost a month for them to arrive and they were not the design I ordered which based on others reviews sounds like this is pretty standard. The sweatshirts were also poor quality so I e-mailed them asking for a refund and return shipping label. They replied asking if it was wearable and said they would give an 8% discount and asked me to be “understanding” as they ship thousands of items out a day. That’s not my problem. Unacceptable on every level. This company will be out of business once enough people figure it out.

Absolutely awful experience! They sent the wrong item and refuse to refund me. Keep telling me to sell it to someone and they with give a partial refund. Or to mail the item back and I will receive a refund once they get the item, but often the items get "lost in transit. " Do not recommend. Their customer service is awful and takes almost a week to reply.

Such a scam. Paid for express shipping still took a month to arrive, poor quality and they didn’t send a return label. I’ve been emailing them and attempting to get a return label for 2 weeks now so I can return it and they won’t give me one! Keep saying I can gift it to a friend or they will give me an 8% refund. SCAM!!! I bought three dresses that looked nothing like the picture. When trying to return them, they kept on making excuses and never gave me an address to return it to, saying that I could "gift it to my friends and family" after 3 emails saying I wanted to return the products. DO NOT SHOP THERE.

I ordered 3 dresses of different sizes, having in mind I can return 2 of them. It took them 2 months to deliver. I had to contact them a couple of times. Before shipment confirmation I already canceled my order because I could smell a scam, they apologized for the delay and ignore my cancellation. When the order finally arrived it was nothing like expected. Poor quality, different model...not worth it AT ALL. I lost 60€. When contacting them for a refund, they kept making excuses and refuse to give me clear answer. I had to pay at the post office another 25€ of taxes. I know I will not get a refund, that's why I decided to keep the s****y dresses and try to adjust them for the next summer. STAY AWAY from the site. Any idea how to report them so they have to remove the website and all the advertisement?

STAY FARRRRR AWAY FROM ORDERING ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE. TOTAL SCAM. I ordered a sweatshirt for about $40. It came in and was totally not what I ordered. I emailed customer service several times regarding a return and NO REPLY. So I’m currently in a resolution case with PayPal to try and get a refund for the junk this company sent me. What a joke. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Turn around. Don’t pass go. Don’t collect $200.

This was the worst shopping experience of my life! I paid extra for my order to get here within 7-12 days and it took them a month to get here. When they finally arrived, the quality was terrible. The dresses are completely unwearable and nowhere near worth the amount that I paid for them. I would highly recommend that no one ever buy from this site!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This website is a total scam. I paid extra for express shipping (7-13 days) and have been waiting nearly 2 months for my order. Customer service is full on non-existent. I don’t know how this company has gotten away with this repeatedly. Stay very far away.
