The report is easy to read, full of valuable information and very clear explanation. It really feels like a life hack.

Fantastic!
The customer service was excellent. Thank you so much to Ben and Adrian for promptly replying to my enquiries. I had a problem with being sent the wrong return labels, but it was solved quickly. The report is excellent. Although I knew this when I bought the kit, it was slightly disappointing to not have as much detail about ancestry as other DNA companies, but I know that CircleDNA focuses on health and lifestyle (in which they provide excellent detail), so I really can’t complain. It’s worth the money, and really interesting.
No customer care
I bought a Premium kit approximately 3 years ago but I could not successfully register it so it was useless. I emailed Circle DNA to ask for advice but never received a reply. As I had more pressing problems, I did not pursue it further at the time even though it had cost me in the region of £300.
I have now emailed again asking if the solution in the kit test tube is still viable after this lapse of time. I have received an acknowledgement but no further communication. Once again I have been left with no support. This is a shocking lack of customer care for an expensive product.
This company is happy to bombard customers with promotional material but offers no support in using their products. I should have been wary of using a company that provides no way of communicating by telephone. I feel deeply frustrated and let down and would advise others to avoid this company.

A very satisfied customer! …
I was completely amazed by the amount of information and data that was collected from my gene testing! It was truly impressive! And worth every penny! I’m recommending this to everyone in proximity to me!

It's a bit expensive, but is really worth the price.
I tested my wife and I
Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. The information is very accurate. The health information, diet information. Everything I plan to use going forward to fine-tune my life and bring out the very best that I can be.
Comprehensive with lots of room for improvement
It’s comprehensive enough for a good, general overview of my diet and lifestyle, talents and sports performance, genetic traits, health risks, carrier risks, and drug response. User interface is very pleasant and easy to digest.
What it could improve on is the ancestry composition report, as right now it only tells me about the regional divisions of my Chinese ancestry, and it lumped my non-Chinese East Asian ancestry into “Japanese & Korean”. (Like how am I supposed to figure out which part of my “8.13%” came from which country?)
Although the website says it takes 18 days to process the DNA report, mine took just 14 days after I received an email saying that the CircleDNA lab has received my saliva sample.
I won’t say the CircleDNA Premium DNA test kit is worth the full price, but it’s quite worth it if you can get the 50% discount which the website offers from time to time.

The experience from extracting the specimen and returning the kit was a pleasant and simple. SG customers get free FedEx pickup instantly, all we need to do was to call the hotline and provided them the details and they will make arrangements for the pickup.

They send me a kit that I cannot return as I am in another country.
Delayed Kit Arrival, Efficient Return Process
I recently ordered a DNA kit from Circle DNA and had a mixed experience. While I initially encountered delays in receiving the kit—it took 25 days to arrive—I was pleasantly surprised by the swift turnaround when sending it back. Currently, I'm eagerly awaiting the results. Despite the delay in receiving the kit, the return process was efficient. I hope the results will be worth the wait.
Very informative
Very informative. Only negative is that they do not go in depth with the ancestry information, only outlining which sub continents you hail from.
Not a good experience
I have tried to communicate with them about accessing my account, there is not help, just a chatbot that keeps telling me to rephrase my question and sends me irrelevant articles. Waste of time and money.
