Not impressed with the London independent Stepney I called them went to voicemail so I left my details they don’t get back to you discussing service

Do not waste your money on the TMJ assessment. The doctor did not provide an assesment they showed me some Google images. It was really shocking how bad this appointment was. They are very happy to take your money for minimal effort.

Dr. Ibrahim was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I've never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing team! I chose Mr Satyadas to see private as I felt something was really going wrong with my care in NHS, and as I have pre malignant tumours of the pancreas I have been extremely besides myself whilst being quite unwell for a whole year, I must say - Mr Satyadas and his PA sarah have been absolutely brilliant, not a thing has been missed, of which has made me feel so much safer than I have done in over a year.
Also the staff in the USS department were absolutely fabulous with me last week, I’ve been really emotional lately and I can honestly say, the care has been 10/10, everyone has been completely empathetic, supportive, and so kind

I was treated at the Chaucer hospital in Canterbury and I was looked after extremely well by everyone from the reception staff to the nurses and the consultant.

A very prompt and efficient service. Polite staff , happy to help and answer any questions. I have visited this hospital several times and have always been treated with courtesy.

I came into hospital on 23 Oct spoke to receptionist and a lady took me to my room. We chatted and i found out she lived in morecambe where i was born .i was treated very well by all the staff the porters nurses staff in general i cant say anything bad on how i was treated . All i will say the staff were a credit to the hospital and treated with respect manners and we had a laugh to . So would u convey my thanks to all the staff i came into contact with the time i was in your care .They were very good and it was an experience of being treated like a person that needed medicle help .The food excellant the nothing u did was bad well done to all

The staff were all amazing. From the surgeon to the anaesthetist, the nurses, the physio, the resident doctor, the cleaning and kitchen staff all were incredibly kind and attentive.

I cannot recommend Circle Health Group at Winterbourne Hospital highly enough. From my very first contact, I was made to feel that I mattered, that my concerns were being taken seriously and, most importantly, that I was a priority rather than just another patient.

I was given my first appointment within just two days of making the initial phone call. I felt genuinely listened to throughout the consultation and left feeling reassured and confident that my concerns were being properly investigated.

Just two days later, I had my scan at Harbour Hospital in Poole, and then only two working days after that, I was back at Winterbourne for my follow-up appointment and results.

The whole process was incredibly efficient, professional and reassuring. At what can naturally be quite an anxious time, being listened to, kept informed and treated with such care made an enormous difference.

From my initial phone call through to receiving my results, I felt important and genuinely cared for every step of the way.
