The customer support is very nice. All of the scooters are affordable and easy to use. If you are looking for any sort of scooter, all of them are great.
The shipping is fast and you even have coupons at checkout.

I love my circooter mate it is fun fast and is a good price for what you get. I had some trouble with mg breaking and they so me ways to fix them right they responded verry fast I love circooter

We placed an order for a spare part for an electric scooter. They received the payment and after 2 weeks, I had no communication regarding payment or despatch. I contacted Circooter several times and each email was replied to in 2-3 days. After some to and froing, they told me that the item had been delivered - only to check that the 'delivered' item was from an order 6 months previously.
I then requested a full refund (3/4 weeks after my full payment to them), at which point ALL communication from them ceased. We are a large U.K electric scooter repair company and Circooter are aware of that. Being a business you would expect a certain amount of professionalism.
Totally disappointed and will not be using them again

I love riding this scooter. It looks phenomenal and rides even better. I cannot express how much I love this scooter. GO ahead and buy it!

I purchased the Raptor model. It's an excellent well made scooter. Bought 2 one for wife one for me. One was delivered with a cracked plastic rear fender. Rather than sending the fender, they exchanged the whole scooter! Excellent customer service.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They took my money and instead of getting the full package of a scooter and its add ons, i was given just one tiny scooter lock. Customer service does not respond to you and they will do their best to not have to give you a refund after scamming you. I am currently working with my bank to get refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought the mate on Black Friday and it was advertised as a 1000w scooter. I was sent the 800w. I have tried emailing and calling and no one will get back to me. Very disappointed in the customer service

After a year of research I bought a Circooter Raptor Pro direct from Circooter.Thanks to free delivery thru FedX my R.P. was delivered to my 7th floor apartment within 10 days of purchase.Besides bolting on a rear fender it was assembled ready to roll.A full charge from the factory allowed me to ride within a hour of delivery.After 200 miles I have NO buyers remorse.Ive ridden it hard jumping off curbs and hills with no problems.It's nimble and easy to maneuver on city streets.The 360 lighting allowed me to ride home in the dark with no worries.Iv'e been asked by many people how I like it.Im 65 and other older adults are now giving thought to buying a Circooter Raptor Pro.The unexpected 'fun' factor was a bonus.Today is Nov20th with 45F weather.I rode 20 km today enjoying Turbo mode.I recommend this scooter to anyone.Thanks Circooter 11/09/24 Still rode 15km in 35F today

They have good quality scooter I have driven mine to 3300 km and still no issue
I wanna recomend go for it it's much worth than any other I had tried

The affiliate program for circooter.com is very poor. I am an advertiser for this affiliate program. It has been over 60 days, well past the commission payment deadline, and I still haven’t received any payment. I have sent numerous emails to the brand, but there has been no response. This is an inhumane program; we generate revenue for them, yet they do not pay us the commissions we earned. This brand lacks business ethics

I have had the Circooter mate for over 100 miles, and love it! It works very well, and is very reliable and fun to drive! The only issue I had was when the rear fender fell off soon after purchase, however they had excellent customer service and sent a new fender for free with no hassle. It arrived shortly and I was able to replace the original one. Manually replacing the old one was a bit of a painful process, however I have nothing but compliments for the company and their scooter!

Wonderful Customer service! Although I had an issue with an electric scooter I bought, they acted immediately to resolve the issue. I highly recommend their company and products.

I love my Mate scooter - extremely trustworthy and dependable. Battery lasts a long time and has gotten me all over town quickly and safely. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.
