I had a very unprofessional experience with the founder.
I applied for a role and received an email from him. We arranged a time for him to call me later that day and he didn’t bother. I then sent a follow up email trying to reschedule and he agreed to call me in the afternoon the next day, but didn’t specify a time, and once again no call was received. After waiting all afternoon I sent a follow up email withdrawing my interest from the role. Shortly after, I received two emails from him trying to shift the blame on me for not emailing to check if the call was still going ahead, and telling me the role probably wasn’t for me if missing a call was enough for me to withdraw my interest.
If you’re looking for a job, I would recommend using a different recruitment agency that actually respects your time.
