Very quick service
Very quick service - arrived on a Sunday, a day earlier than the first estimated date. This is a replacement for the same model I previously had but spilt a glass of wine on it. I have bought a protective keyboard cover to avoid such a disaster again. The Elitebook is a very good laptop though it only has a limited battery life. Fine for watching TV and looking at other things at the same time. It worked out of the box.

Good source for refurbished laptops
Phoned up with a couple of queries before ordering and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. The refurbished laptop I ordered arrived the next day, well packed and in good condition (light wear as expected but nothing too obvious, and it smelled slightly of cleaning fluid, but that had dissipated by the end of the day). The machine was exactly as described, and had had windows updated the previous day, so I didn't have to spend time waiting for the various updates to load. The warranty isn't very long, but that's not unusual for a refurb, and it was very good value for money, so I'm a happy customer.
