Good afternoon Maria. Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to read you are not happy with the result being negative after doing the LFT. The PCR test is considered to be the more accurate test. I can see that you sent your tests back to us using the 24 hour tracking postal. Your test was unpacked in our lab at 09:16 and the results were reported at 16:45, this is within 7 hours and the test you purchased was results within 24 hours. We do advice our customers to please book onsite testing at our Health hub if they require a quicker turn around time. Kind Regards, Terri-Anne
Quick and efficient, just not overly friendly
I booked a PCR test in advance, for an evening slot at St Pancras. I arrived 30 minutes early but there was no one else there, so they let me take the test early. I got the results 10 minutes before midnight as promised which was important to me, as I wanted a definite time frame for my results that isn't guaranteed with some tests by other providers. The test itself was simple and unproblematic. My only negative is that the staff aren't particularly friendly. There were two members of staff, and the man that helped me was very casual and it felt a bit like my presence was an inconvenience. I was handed a mobile to fill out my details and when I had questions, was told to wait a sec even though there was no one else there. When he answered the questions it was rushed like it was silly of me to even ask for confirmation before submitting my details, this bothered me considering getting the details correct are essential to enabling me to fly.

PCR with our 2 year old.. Joe was great!
We attended so our 2 year old could have a PCR test done prior to our holiday. We were seen by Joe and he was absolutely amazing with our little boy. He was very personable, yet professional. He made the whole experience comfortable putting us all at ease. This was our son's first PCR test so we were pleased Joe made it a positive experience for him. The results came back extremely quick. I took this pre departure PCR test is for returning Hong Kong. This test was accepted. Circular 1 provided a speedy service and result was got after 5 hours. But the staff there were not so friendly as other people say.
