Parts were correct and arrived in less time than anticipated

Received my new chlorine generator two days ago. It is to replace my Hayward generator. Installed and it went to work right away. So far, so good. It was about 1/2 the price of a Hayward replacement. If it works and lasts for a few years, I'll be a Circupool covert!

Got in, got the part, and got it shipped as quick as possible. Seamless and easy and got my pool back up and running!

Temperature sensor failed before 3 years of use. Called and got a partial warranty discount on a replacement module. Works fine now.

Hopefully this next one lasts much longer.

CircuPool provided me parts needed at N/C as still under warranty. Only paid for shipping which I wanted overnight delivery.
I was glad they honored the warranty

The order was received in a timely manner. However, I am a bit disappointed that the new cell looks like an aftermarket version instead of the original version received with the full system. Also, it would have been nice for the O ring to be included. Thankfully our other one was still in good shape.

2 Shipments, for the second I never received a tracking number. I sent 2 emails to Circupool with shipment queries both remaining unanswered.

Except for one time so far where someone jammed filters into the housing breaking the top plate, these guys have delivered as promised. And even that one time they replaced the parts quickly

Great help. Received items quicker than expected. My system is back up and running. Pool is crystal clear. Wife is happy.

The Core35 unit was easy to install with the great instructions. It produces enough chlorine for my 12,000 gallon pool set on 50% output running for 6 hours/day. It’s a great investment.

Ordered replacement salt cell for my chlorinator system. It arrived as scheduled and was direct fit as noted on the website. It is operating perfectly! Pool is crystal clear again! Thanks for providing a reasonable cost replacement for the T-9 cell.
