Nirav has been most helpful, responsive and very 'consultative' in his engagement with us on planning the safari itinerary. He doesn't 'push' any particular locations nor packages, but plan the itinerary around what we would like to see and where we'll like to visit.
He is also very reasonable in his charges / package pricing.
He also arrange for a very experience safari tour guide Johnson who has more than 15 years experience. Johnson will always endeavour to search for all of the Big-5 along the safari route, and even manage to take us to the Mara river, which is not in our original agenda. This is definitely an added bonus, as it's so surreal to be at the exact site where a million wildebeests does their annual migration.

Overall, a great and memorable holiday, made possible by Nirav and Johnson.

Our trip to Masai Mara and stay at Ashnil Mara Camp was perfect! The flight to Mara was smooth and we were promptly picked up by our guide, John, upon arriving at the air strip. On our way to the camp for check-in, John made stops along the way for a mini game drive so that we can start looking at the animals as soon we arrived at the safari. Our stay at Ashnil Mara Camp was great with attentive staff checking in on us daily and the food was good! There was a good mix of different cuisines and the tea breaks offered throughout the day was a perfect way to keep us warm when the weather got too cold in the safari. The staff also helped close up our tent at night which we only realised on our last day to ensure we don’t get too cold at night. We really enjoyed our stay at Ashnil and loved the location as we had hippos and elephants right in our “backyard”! John is a great guide as we went on game drives at the best timings per his suggestions to avoid the hot weather, he also made the game drives really exciting! By the end of our 2nd day, we had seen the big 5 animals all because John was committed to show us the best of Masai Mara. He ensured our safety, make sure we had the best view of the animals when they moved around. We were very lucky to catch the lion eat a buffalo, the cheetah hunt, and a few mating sessions between the elephants and ostrich. We also saw great sceneries at the border between Kenya and Tanzania with John sharing details about the great migration and the animals behaviours and preferences. One minor suggestion would be for our guide to provide us with blankets that will be helpful in keeping us warm during the game drives as it does get really chilly in the early morning and late afternoon. Especially when it rained, it will be helpful to have more towels to dry the seats as it got wet real quick when it started raining. Our safari jeep despite looking a little old, did give us the best rugged safari experience which we enjoyed. Our Cirkel Adventures agent is great as they recommended we do the hot air balloon on the last day before we left the safari and that was really the best way to end our trip to the safari! Very grateful that our agent also helped arranged not 1 but 2 birthday celebrations (one time at the hotel and one time at the champagne breakfast after our hot air balloon ride). I loved the way birthdays are celebrated here that also made my time in Masai Mara even more memorable and it’s an experience that I will never forget.

The guides were very kind and accomodating. They also explain all the interesting details about the wild life, which is very good to have on a Safari.
Thanks to them, we were able to see a lot of different animals, even some uncommon ones.

Nirav and the Cirkel Adventures team looked after my wife and I throughout our honeymoon experience - we were looking to do a multi-stop safari experience in Kenya, specifically the Masai Mara, and Nirav gave lots of different options/itineraries for us to choose from, based on budget, time, convenience, and desire to see certain animals.

Nirav’s personalised element of his service really set him apart from other competitors, and he was much more reasonably priced than others as well. He gave such detailed answers that really made us feel comfortable when booking, and the service continued during our trip when he was constantly checking in to make sure all was going smoothly and that we were enjoying it.

The entire experience was something we will never forget, staying in incredible lodges and seeing all of the Big 5 - thank you Nirav for making it all possible, particularly the internal flights which are notoriously difficult to organise as a tourist!

We recently went on a trip to the Masai Mara and had an incredible experience, thanks to the exceptional service of our tour organiser, especially Nirav Shah. What really stood out was how they offered their expert suggestions on what would work best for our limited timeframe, yet left the final decisions completely up to us—no pressure, just genuine guidance.

Despite only having a day to plan, they managed to put together a seamless itinerary that offered not just great value for money, but also immense satisfaction in terms of the overall experience. The camp/lodge they recommended turned out to be perfect. The food was delicious, and the staff—especially Joseph the cook and Mary—were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.

Throughout the trip, we stayed at three different resorts each with its own unique charm and luxurious feel. All meals were included and catered beautifully to our Indian tastes, which made us feel right at home wherever we went.
