My experience was negative because I purchased a soldering iron. The advertisements described it as having completely different capabilities. Incredibly, it was capable of quickly welding two pieces of carbide together. Ultimately, it's a traditional soldering iron that costs at least half the advertised price. The return policy has many limitations, and the customer is responsible for the costs. Misleading advertising.
