Total scam - do not order from them
Zero. Ordered a skirt on 19th Dec 2025. They took payment and no goods have been received. I contacted their “service” email and it got bounced back. I’m sure they are scammers.

I ordered a linen jumpsuit from Ciryi 3 weeks ago. I looked for reviews before i ordered but could find no trace of them. First alarm bell.
They confirmed they'd taken my money. I should have suspected something then as in that email they gave a dispute link in case of any issues. Thought it was odd on receipt of my order.
They have ignored the email I sent to their email address asking where my order is.
I was given their website details by a friend. Didn't realise they advertised on Facebook.
Felt uneasy at the start so paid by credit card. Will start a charge back claim with my credit card company after 30 days have elapsed as that is their rules.
Hopefully after a lot of inconvenience I will get my money back from this horrible company.
