I booked a CITB Managers and Professionals test through this company on Saturday 25 April 2026 and paid £46 immediately. At the time of booking, a slot was available for Tuesday 28 April at 5pm, which was my preferred date. Instead of securing that slot promptly, they told me to wait for a confirmation email that could take up to 24 hours to arrive.
By the time they finally processed my booking on Monday 27 April, that Tuesday slot had already gone. I ended up being placed on 7 May, ten days later than I needed, which has directly disrupted my other professional development plans.
I paid nearly double the standard CITB test fee of £23.50 for a booking service that failed to do the one thing I needed, which was to secure my preferred date. The delay was entirely on their side, not mine. The money I paid for their service bought me nothing except frustration and wasted time.
If you are considering booking through this company, I strongly recommend booking directly through CITB at citb.co.uk where the standard fee is £23.50 and your booking is confirmed immediately. Save yourself the extra cost and the stress.

Was promised same day results for an ecourse. Didn’t recieve them. No one answers the phones or the email they are almost impossible to get in contact with. When you do get in contact with them they tell you someone will call you back which never happens.

Pure scammers,the over charged,given you a wrong center and never refund

Scam ! This company uses very similar name to the original and they use the same logo ! I booked my test in for the 13th of February 2026 which was confirmed in the original email by this fake website ! . Pearsons vue have sent a email confirmation for the 26th. They lied about the date I paid for . They lied about providing revision material that I paid for by the way ! No contact when calling the phone . No response by email. I would have not know none the wise if I hadn’t followed up on the revision material. It’s not until chasing it up with pearsonsvue directly was I told you that this is a third party. And then I was surprised about the date ! I will be reporting this to action fraud aswell as taking steps to contact my bank for a refund . Please be careful.

This web is a scam. It’s fake. Looks like original but it’s not. Never received confirmation email. They don’t replay and they don’t pick up phone calls. Also they overcharge. Please be very careful.

When I realised that I paid duble. I try to cancel that test for £45.
And they can refound only half of the price £22.50
Another £22.50 nonrefundable.

Citbtestcentre.co.uk this company offers to book cscs tests for you for £45 of which there is an admin fee of £25 of which is non-refundable added, when you can just ring up yourself and book it for £22.50. They copy the citb logo on their website and make you think you are booking via the proper official citb website. Basically they are ripping people off £25 everytime you book a test through them.
