Gives absolutely no warning that your citations will "expire" in a week if you don't pay up, blocking your access to them. The payment (obviously) is a recurring monthly fee, too.) Made by the worst kind of humans with the worst kind of business model.

used to be a good site, terrible now
used to be a good site, now it is awful. Create new citations and they disappear as son as i create them. create a new empty citation list and it automatically takes all the citations from another list and puts them all in the new one which i didnt want.
