I had a technician come out today to repair my Samsung freezer. There has been 2 techs from a previous company come out and has failed correct the issue. A tech from Citi Home Appliances came out and fixed the issue while educating me on the actual failure. Needless to say I will be saving this company number for future preferences. I gave them a 5 star for the timely repairs.
