This company has a tendency to sell damaged goods. Be careful with the hoodies because they have plastic defective zippers that will split of break on you rendering the product useless. Be careful with the fragile zippers on all of they're products period unless you like taking damaged products back and having to argue with the managers about returning they're damaged crap. There are certain things that you can buy at Citi Trends and certain things you should not. Like the ones that I just mentioned.Get it together Citi Trends.

Rude!!

My sister had to come to the store because she was charged incorrectly, things were charged twice. She spent almost $700 in this store. When she arrived the person who said she was the manager, Tawana was rude from the moment she walked in the door. This was around 9 something 12/20/2020 Sunday Morning at the Lancaster, Tx location on Blue Grove, she had to return everything and have them re-ring the items up. This lady was just nasty, rude and disrespectful. I actually dropped something off to my sister around 1015am and asked her was she ok because she looked like she was about to cry, she said I’m just trying to get my stuff straight and this lady is steady having an attitude and I have been up here for over an hour. I left, around 11am my sister calls me crying because this lady is still being rude and disrespectful and is taking forever. I go back up to the store and arrive around 1115, this lady starts to be disrespectful to me because I asked why is taking so long and mind you, I was not rude to her at this point, she looks at me as she is throwing the items to the side and says she right there you can ask her, I immediately went off! I was not rude to her so she had no reason to be rude with me. She continued to cuss and mubble and I cursed her out as well, she had been rude from the beginning and continued. If my sister was never overcharged she would not have been in there in the first place. Another lady came in and took over and finally got everything correct while this Tawana lady is still cursing and being disrespected to where the other lady had to tell her about 6 times to go to the back before she did. My sister was overcharged about $60 and that was all she wanted to get straight. We are regulars at cititrends but the exact reason I personally stopped shopping at his location was because me and the same employee had a fall out a few months back because of her rudeness, and I had never met this lady before this. My sister was going to repurchase the $650 worth of merchandise because these were gifts for her 6 kids, but chose not to because of the way she was treated by this employee. I guess this employee decided cititrends didn’t need my sisters money or business.

Broadway Kentucky Louisville CitiTrends

The Citi Trends on Broadway in Louisville Ky has very rude cashiers but when I go in there and women are nasty I laughed because they are losers with children working in clothing stores making maybe $14 as a manager and $10 as a cashier. The fact they they ended up there says alot. Only managers get full time hours.

The women in Broadway are so rude to me and they are nobodies to me. I have no idea why they are so rude. I imagine they go home and hate their life because they get 0-25 hours a week of they are not managers.

Citi Trends review

When I shop at Citi Trends the prices are great and some store be very unorganized. Clothes be everywhere which makes it hard to come in and find what you are looking for. Some stores have very rude employee's who don't even have time to help you to find certain things you need.
