Deeply concerning experience with Citizen Meds. Order placed and paid for 12/1 with express shipping remains unshipped and stuck in “processing.” Six emails requesting status updates have gone unanswered and one was a generic auto reply. Phone number goes straight to a personal voicemail. Their Plano office was closed during normal business hours with not a soul in sight (yes, I went there today). Their promise of 4-5 business day processing is a lie. I’ve missed my medication dose and now I’ll have to order elsewhere which will cause me to miss more doses! I’ll be disputing the $260 charge with my bank. The good reviews on here are fake. I guarantee it. This is not a legitimate company and I give it NO stars.

I have ordered from them several times and we all must be aware of side effects whether its a coumpounded order or not. I took the chance and started using coumpounded Tirzepitide about 8 months ago and have lost 28lbs and absolutely love how I look and feel about myself. It has changed my life but I also exercise 4 to 5 days a week to stay healthier. For me it has been worth the risk and yes some side effects but the longer Im on it the less I feel of side effects and in fact the meds help me with bloating..Citizen med have great discounts and its shipped out fairly quick. Im happy being thin again!!

Quick and easy process.

I received the tirzepitide and it wasn't at all cold. When I went to use it, it was cloudy and the vial contained not even one full dose. The company is saying that everything was okay and refused a refund.

I have had great results with Tirzepatide. It cuts out the food noise. Helps me maintain healthy eating habits and over all just makes me feel more healthy. I would highly recommend. Only thing is I wish the price would come down to make it more affordable.

Currently they have a ‘40% off’ promotion but they also raised prices 20% from 2 weeks ago

So Ive ordered from them several times. They had to have changed manufacturers or their recipe because I took a low dose injection & then the nightmare began. Seriously HORRIBLE cramping diarrhea for hours upon hours. Thinking it might possibly be a virus, I waited 2 weeks then took another low dose injection. Same exact thing happened, and its awful. Theres definitely something wrong with this bottle. Previous bottles I had to use a stool softener so its a dramatic change.
