Expect to lose your money
This company will lie and promise the world to get your deposit and continue to push for more money at all costs.
These cowboys told us we could get our son a passport as part of our family application, they stated if this was not the case then our money would be refunded. They lied as to what was required, later making up ways to try to get around the rules. When we refused stating we needed to do everything by the book they went quiet and stopped responding to us. They are still ignoring our requests for a refund, so I have no other avenue but to warn others of this company. We are thousands out of pocket.
