Citroen hygiene, and specifically their driver/collector Jane have been legendary.
Superb service and on the rare accurance when there has been a minor problem Jane has been there to help resolve it.

Citron attend my place of work, Salford University to clean & empty our hygiene waste bins.
The staff are always courteous and friendly, completing their service with minimum/no disruption. Definitely recommend.

David Rodgers our Citron Hygiene Technician is a great guy. he is always polite and friendly. He works around our opening times with efficiency and goodwill.

After a turbulent start to our services with Citron Hygiene we requested to temporarily increase our frequency to accommodate a busy period for just 2 weeks which was agreed to, however for 8 months after this delivery drivers turned up every week despite a weekly call from myself and a significant number of emails stating this should've been changed back to our original services. Between the Carlisle and Newcastle offices I lost count of the number of times I was told this error would be corrected and then a driver turned up the next week just to be refused again.

After everything had supposedly been resolved I later realised we had been charged double for over 6 months and cancelled our contract due to gross negligence, this was agreed however we still receive pro forma invoices. The lack of organisation in this company and childish disagreements between staff trying to shift the blame is embarrassing.

Avoid at all cost.
