Poor experience

In my experience, this employer failed to meet acceptable standards of professionalism and workplace management. The interview process was misleading, with assurances given that were not upheld once employed. Health and safety protocols were not adequately observed, resulting in exposure to unsafe conditions. Employee welfare was handled poorly, and when concerns were raised, management showed no genuine effort to put matters right. Instead, dismissals occurred rather than constructive support. The conduct I witnessed included inappropriate language directed at clients and a disregard for basic operational discipline. Based on these observations, I cannot recommend this organisation to prospective employees or clients

The worst cleaning company I have dealt with

This company was extremely poor at cleaning our nursery school. They provided unsafe electrical equipment, dirty mops, poor support to their team, did not induct staff, and denied anything we told them. We have TUPE'd over the two cleaners we had and they told us what is was like working for them, which was shocking.

The company were defensive from the get go, and did not meet their contractual obligations, or clean to the scope of cleaning set out. When challenged they said they bill by time spent on site, not whether the scope was done.

The standards of cleaning at our site were so poor we quickly realised these guys had not idea what they were doing and they lasted a matter of weeks on our site. Lots of complaints from parents, staff, hours of CCTV footage, photos and constant feedback did nothing. They just continued to be defensive and take no accountability, often not even showing up, and then being surprised when we told them.

The concept of the "mobile team" also doesn't work. Watching them mop the floor was comedic. Snaking their mop around the place, doing the bare minimum if that. I've never seen anything like it.

We were even told that it was our floors that needed special equipment to clean. We have had the site since 2011, and no one has ever told us that... And now that they are gone, we have new cleaners, and a clean site, using decent equipment, good management and support.

Don't fall for the sales pitch! They are cheap, and for good reason.
