Solid platform for internet radio broadcasting with great support from Matthew. The stream is very stable and reaches all of my listeners across the world especially in Europe, USA and Africa where we currently target. Apps included are a perfect way to get more listeners and keep them engaged longer. They just keep coming back.

I really appreciate your service buddy and in exchange as promissed here is my very grateful review! We are now paying half the price to what we paid with our old provider and getting the same service with more features and mobile apps. I don't use the autoDJ so that part is irrelevant to me, however I broadcast live 24/7 from my home studio using Virtual DJ and SAM broadcaster.

The two software options fit seamlessly and connect with Citrus3 servers which Matthew has supplied. Unmetered listeners, solid network, geo blocking, Matthew's world class friendly support and mobile apps for $29 is unbeatable.

I bought the service and got my login details within about 1-2 hours after the server was installed for me.
So initially I made an incorrect order by inputting my radio station name incorrectly a few weeks ago. Upon noticing this silly mistake I quickly emailed Matthew to blame him however later I realised that I input the details incorrectly. When my support ticket reached top of the queue, I confirmed the new name and Matthew took 3 minutes to change my account details and my radio name on the public page and radio pages and players.

A few days later I needed help on getting live services connected with my software. Matthew was so patient and sent me the screenshots by email explaining exactly where I need to input my ip, port and user details. It literally took a few seconds to get the broadcast started.

Move on a few more days, and here I am again. I sent the station logo and description to the apps email and the team took 3 days to put the apps on the Google play store (I sent the requested info on Tuesday and it was on the Play store ready to download on Friday)

Overall I feel like I have a complete package with this company.
Citrus3 has some of the best customer support in the industry and a solid reliable network with all the features that I need so I will be in with these great people for the long run.

Extraordinary service and support by Citrus3 team from seting up the station to developing mobile apps. All the queries were clearly and promptly responded to. I have been with a number of other providers but this is exceptional.

Citrus3 have provided us with a high quality platform to start a radio station.

Within minutes I was able to log in and begin uploading my shows which now broadcast live from the cloud.

From time to time I carry out a fully live show with callers featuring a talk show and music.

Writing this many months after starting up and never once have I had an issue.

The system is super easy to use and the support has been fab and I feel very valued whenever I chat to them via email. Patient, friendly, and extremely informative is all I can say about the team. Everything from basic to complex questions have always been addressed and any minor bits were always resolved in a flash.

Alongside the friendly chats I have with support, to top things off, the apps are very nice.

Citrus3 is an excellent broadcasting service with really great customer service. Their client manager, Samantha helped me resolve an issue where I was having trouble getting a widget to appear on my website. She was very helpful and gave me a great suggestion that worked flawlessly. I love their 24/7 automation system that keeps my station online around the clock and my app design looks amazing. Lucky there is not a negative symbol for the amount of stars. This service sucks anytime you need help you have to send in an email and wait for these $&@?! in the UK to decide to get back to you and they give you a whole bunch of bullish that makes no sense, their customer service sucks… their tech-support sucks. Their whole system sucks. I’ve never been more frustrated in my entire life than trying to deal with this bullish! There’s no help other than emails back-and-forth. You can’t talk to a live tech-support rep to explain your problem to him so he could talk you through how to get out of it instead, you have to read something that makes no sense at all because it has nothing to do with the question that you asked , they’re lucky I couldn’t leave it with no stars. The one that I HAD to give them is really stretching it don’t waste your money with these people.

Created my radio station and been broadcasting to the world with Citrus3 since the start of the pandemic. Had our apps designed a few weeks ago and had a massive influx of listeners who have found the station via the app store. If you have an online radio and have not created an app for your station I would highly recommend it. Citrus3 supply the apps free and it gives such a boost to listeners. Love the recent feature drops and scheduler.

Citrus 3 provide a fantastic product for the price. For $29 we have a reliable radio stream running 24/7 with no bandwidth or time limits and also free mobile apps which their apps office built for us. So we have an app for Android devices and our own personal app in the apple app store. Mobile app development usually costs hundreds if not thousands for a personalised app to be created but ours was included in the price.

After trying 3 providers before and having countless issues, Citrus3 have supplied us the most quality services.
The control panel is nicely laid out. Not over the top feature rich to confuse but just right. Live broadcasting and autoDJ took a fee minutes to set up.

Me and my wife just launched our radio station with a free trial from the guys at Citrus3 a few days ago. Something that a lot of providers don’t provide.

All around a really quality service and great support from James. Our plan includes a 24 hour support level agreement so we always get a response within a day.

Setup was a breeze and just had our apps put on the apple app store and google play too.

James is helping us set up ‘hey Alexa play….’ too with some really good info.

Listeners reaching more every day and we hope to start looking for sponsors soon .

I’ve experienced the same problem of my radio stream being down for the 3rd time in 2 months. The continuation of this issue is very frustrating. I need the system to be reliable in order to get listeners and keep them. One of the reasons that I purchased the service 2 months ago was because of the promise and guarantee of a 99.99% uptime. In addition, there is a no response or very slow response to my emails addressing the issue - not even an automated email to confirm receipt. There’s no report or status provided that indicate how long the “stream” has been down. Each time it goes down has been a minimum of 12 hours and I’m never notified that the “stream” is down and when it’s back up. I always have to continue to check, this is very poor service and support.

Citrus is by far the best solution for online radio stations. So had an account with Citrus3 last year. After several months of testing it was very clear that we had the best experience with C3.

We left to try two other big providers and all I can say is our listeners are about 20% higher with citrus3.

The use of Citrus3’s premium quality bandwidth and their radio network lines allows our station to reach every state in the US and South America without issues. With other providers we had issues very often.

Will remain with Citrus3 for the long run.

Citrus 3 really provides a top quality service for starting a online radio station.

We started our station last month and the features appear to be getting better and better.

We are a commercial radio station and we monetise our business with Citrus3. The new jingles feature allows us to easily program ads around our scheduled shows using a nice calendar system.
