The guys turned up early and made our moving experience a lot less painful than I was expecting. The team was polite and friendly and loaded and unloaded so quickly. Even though we moved nearly 170 miles away, they turned up early to unload as well.

I was really impressed with City Removals. First of all, they came back to me quickly after my initial enquiry, and arranged to review my property to get a better idea of costs and provide me with an accurate estimate. All costs were broken down so I knew exactly what I was paying for and there were no hidden charges.

On the day of the move, the team on time and were polite, efficient and speedy. I couldn't believe how quickly they packed everything away - including a piano which they brought down from a first floor effortlessly. They then moved me into my new property seamlessly and completed the task within 90 minutes. Everything was meticulously packed and handled with care. And boxes were labelled and placed in the correct rooms.

What I also loved was that I was only invoiced AFTER the move, so that I could ensure I was happy with the service.

I couldn't have asked for anything more and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very professional and efficient movers, highly recommended

We had a very good experience with City Removals from our move to Scotland from London. From the initial video survey, we knew we were in safe hands. We were a little nervous using a new company, as we had previously used a larger firm for our house move. But, City Removals made us feel so at ease. We had to change some things along the way, before move date, but nothing was ever too difficult for the team.

On the day of loading, we had the packing service which was completed very quickly but not rushed. They were very thorough and walked through with me before they left, to make sure nothing was left behind.

On delivery day, up to Scotland, the team were courteous and efficient. They completed the delivery, leaving each box in its correct room, within a matter of hours.

We would highly recommend City Removals to anyone!

City Removals were comfortably the most efficient part of the whole house buying and moving experience. The office was super helpful, and the team of packers and removers were just brilliant.

We were very impressed with the care and speed of the packing service.
All arrived safely at destination and the furniture was disassembled, transported, placed in the right room and reassembled with great care.
The service was timely and the waiting time included in the quote worked out just fine.
We had a great communication with the crew on both packing and removal days.

The removal team were fantastic and super speedy at packing all of our belongings up and then unpacking them at our new house, in exactly the places we wanted them to be put. No breakages at all which was a bonus!

We used City Removals to move the contents of a 4 bed house to Berkshire. They were extremely efficient and all items were well packed, artwork was slotted into special padded packages etc. so we had the confidence that our belongings were being well cared for. Packing was amazingly fast. Their price was significantly better value than most of the quotes we obtained. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We moved down to Dorset from London over a few days, and there was nothing that was too much trouble for the guys from City Removals. Nothing was broken, everything was done exactly as they said, there were crystal clear communications throughout, and an excellent 'can do' attitude from everyone involved in the move. We could not have been happier with the exceptional service.

City removals were excellent, I cannot praise them highly enough. The team of six were polite, helpful and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed and regularly checked with us that everything was ok. They made a slightly stressful and emotional day very much easier. City Removals and Storage have moved us twice now and I was just as impressed this second time as I was for the first move 8 years ago. I have also recommended them to lots of friends over the years who were also all very happy. City Removals were incredibly efficient and accommodating and took (almost) all of the stress out of moving! The team was brilliant on the day - as they said it would; it all happened like magic. Beds and wardrobes were dismantled and reassembled; numerous heavy boxes were repeatedly lifted up and down stairs. The team of 3 were polite, timely and careful. Considering the previous six months of purchasing trauma - I had a relatively relaxing day!

City Removals moved us on 27/11/23 from Surrey to Dorset. 3 lovely fellas, so efficient and hardworking and very mindful of our disabled daughter. I can honestly say they made a stressful day very easy. Very good price too. I would definitely recommend this firm. Thanks very much.

The packing was done one day before the dsy of the move.
The packers were very quick , polite and careful.
The following day it was the same story.
The crew was well mannered and very quick with taking everything out.
All our furniture was wrapped , dismantelled and moved with care.
Would not hesitate to reccomend.
Price wise we had 5 quotes and they came in the middle.
