Will not rectify mistakes

This company drew a competition (2026 QUICK CASH) using the incorrect number range and are refusing to properly rectify their mistake. The radio silence on the matter says everything. I bought more than a few tickets for this so I am absolutely gutted and feel like I have been scammed.

Hi Charlene, the above competition went fairly. No one else has made complaints. The winner was delighted. We go above and beyond for our customer service. We have not received any correspondence from yourself to date. So i'm unsure how you have received radio silence, when you have not messaged. Nor have you an account with ourselves, in addition you have not purchased tickets for this draw.

First time doing the competition I spent £1 and won £2 site credit which won me £11 site credit that lead me to win £50 cash. £50 cash win for just £1 - that was great odds!
