I have had a really positive experience with City Energy. I found staff and contractors to be polite and efficient from my initial enquiry to the final installation. The electrician and loft insulation installer worked incredibly hard and were courteous and tidy.

My experience with City Energy was good throughout from the start with the Inspection and then the Survey both of whom went through things with me to ease my mind with regards to the Solar PV Installation.
Once the installation team of Tim amd Ashley Bryant along with the other team member (sorry forgot his name) arrived and got started everything went extremely well and they were most helpful with aspects of the job and making things look right.
Good job well done guys (especially the installation team). Also would like to mention the office staff (Charlie) she was very nice and helpful.

I have had my solar panels installed recently. The service that I have received from City Energy has been fantastic! They were extremely helpful, patient and understanding throughout the process. The solar installation engineers are professional and very knowledgeable. The company itself made the contacts with me to ensure that I was happy with the work performed. When I have some questions I am free to phone them to ask. I feel valued customer. I am completely satisfied with what I got. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend City Energy to anyone.

Everyone i spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The couple issues that did come with the install of the solar panels were quickly sorted out. When i asked for more information i got answers straight away.
The installers City Energy used were a great team.

City Energy were very prompt at installing the solar panels, the installers worked quick and cleanly and explained how the system worked. They called regularly to update progress and afterwards to ensure there were no problems. Answered emails without delay. First class service

Primarily Charlie. Whatever you're paying her it's not enough. I was impressed that the whole job went to schedule with no problems of any sort. All the installers were polite and efficient.

I had solar panels installed and right from the beginning the staff were helpful & pleasant and was able to talk me through everything that would happen. If they were unable to answer questions they would find out the answers & get back to me. I had thought I would have to wait a long while before they were fitted but within a short amount of time it was done. The guys who installed the panels were also very informative and pleasant. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company.

First class installation of insulation,solar panels and heat pump paraphernalia.All the teams City Energy sent us were friendly,efficient and knowledgeable.Couldn't wish for a better experience.

Our installation was in 3 phases,and each went very smooth. The workmen were very careful in there work very polite and friendly. At eck phase of the work we were kept well informed by Charlie at the office, very nice girl who always looked forward to talk too. This is on company I can truly say I recommend.
