We have now used City Removals twice - one for a 3rd floor flat move, and now a 3-bedroom house move - we cannot fault them! They are extremely competitive on pricing and their professionalism is second to none. They take care of all of your belongings, and take all the stress away from moving house. Will only use City Removals now - we couldn't fault their service!

These guys helped me move from a fourth floor flat to a third floor flat. I would like to say how wonderful the guys were and how stress free the whole experience was. They were friendly and professional and it was very smooth and efficient. I was incredibly happy with the experience so pass on my thanks to everyone involved.

These guys are fantastic. We've done lots of moves for ourselves and kids, using various removal firms, man with van, hire van etc and this time it was so easy. They actually did the move from a 1st floor 2 bed flat in Carlton to a 2 bed semi in Arnold in just 2 hours. They are real professionals and take care of the furniture and belongings. We have moved house quite a few times, and City Removals is hands-down the best company we've experienced! From requesting quotes from different companies, they were the first to respond (and very quickly). They also offered the best cost. On the day, the team we're excellent! Both both nice guys who arrived on-time (actually slightly earlier), loaded up and delivered everything within 2 hours!

Great value seamless move! I hired City Removals for a house move from Suffolk to Nottingham - amongst many removal companies I’ve used they were easily one of the best! Arrived on time, carefully planned and loaded each item - all arrived in good shape at the new house, with carpets and furniture well protected.

Asta is amazing in dealing with the quote process, keeping you informed along the way etc. Nothing is too much trouble.

Once I had my visit, I had my quote within 20 mins. Which I took up, as thier prices are competitive despite the service they offer. Which was above and beyond some I had quotes for!

Quoting day was respectful and quick! Very nice, with helpful tips for the move day which I would recommend you take heed and action regarding parking etc. If this is an issue for you too.

I can not praise this company enough! They had cover wraps for sofas, mattresses, TV and monitor boxes, divan bed bases, all white goods (washing machine, tumbles dryer, fridge freezer).

From the moment they turned up, to the moment the left, all your flooring is covered with their roll out matting, top to bottom! They don't set foot in the house without it.

I didn't have one thing broken, chipped or scuffed and to be fair, it could have happened as with working away I was pushed for time. Not one poorly packed glass etc was broken! The wardrobe boxes are a god send so would recommend these!

They even helped me with my fear of spiders throughout the day.

Do not let the pricing fool you into thinking the quality will be sub par. These guys were professionals. The truck was kitted out with wardrobe boxes and TV boxes, free as part of the service. The whole hallway and stairs were covered to avoid dirt on carpets. The loading of the truck was neat and tidy and done in a way that nothing shifted in transit. Loading and unloading of a full 3 bedroom completed in 4 hours!! Nothing damaged either. I am well impressed and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much for a great move!!!

Excellent, efficient service at really good prices

City removals made our move day a smooth and stress free experience. They carefully handled all our belongings and took down our bed and shelves and rebuilt them in the new house. Can’t fault their service!

Excellent & reliable service.

City Removals service was exceptional from the first quote to the final box being moved into our new home.

They came to our home to estimate an initial cost and they were cheaper than all other quotes by approx £200. They were confident we would only need one van, unlike other services who said it would take two and they were right.

They took care of all our items with care and placed protective mats down in both homes to protect the floor. Both men were efficient, friendly and patient as our move took a long time to complete on the day.

If we were ever to move again, we would 100% use City Removals.
