I had a very good experience ordering from CityWatches. The watch arrived as expected and was exactly as described. I purchased a Casio MTP-B146D-2AV, and it looks even better in person than in the photos. The price was very reasonable, and overall I’m very satisfied with the purchase. I would happily consider ordering from CityWatches again.
I purchased a Seiko watch which was apparently out of stock. I received and email stating that they were out of stock. They tried to upsell an alternative watch. I asked for a refund which I received within a week.

I ve got a good experience with City. First my watch was considerably cheaper than contenders. Then, it took a time to arrive, but once I wrote to the company, the responsiveness on the other side of the line was pretty impressive: in hours I got reasurances the parcel was in delivery status. Finally, I got the parcel with the watch...it was in perfect conditions and perfect functioning, with guarantee. Hope to repeat. Thanks.
