Shocking, fake products , DON’T BUY ANYTHING

Shocking i bought a jacket for £45 and TBH I expect high standards for that price, I received a manky bag with old yellow selotape wrapped around it like it was recycled (recycle yeah but not on expensive things , I the opened the parcel to find a nasty cheap jacket which honestly I would not let a feral cat sleep on , it looked nothing like the picture a different green just all wrong honesty te worse ive bought price wise and it was so thread bearn there was more thread than jacket the jackets stitching is coming litterly un done, like a kite ( if I could upload pictures of it would) shocking to say the least, so on the same day as receiveing the item I requested a return and refund through the right channels customer services etc .. They first tried offering me 50% refund on the spot and keep the jacket I clearly said No thanks, so they came back at me said 65% refund keep the jacket..... 😆. Wft I don't want your crap jacket so again kindly said No full refund please and whair am I sending this to as return ? And then nothing a part from "We know your frustrating sir and we are dealing with this case as a matter of urgently x3 on repeat And now am just getting repeat e-mail so my advice people buy from a shop or a trusted platform you have bought from before with no problem because honestly TEMU have better quality and better customer care than civain clothing and stay away from any company who resembles there products on Fb because they all piss in the same pot .... Disgusting like I got £50 to give away on tat cheeky sods
