Bought a light from civaro, said origin Sweden, on purchase received tracking saying China, had the light professionally, a couple of weeks later started rusting, I've had to have it removed as I've started to wo
nder if its even IP rated, they have now started ignoring my emails, a joke, I would seriously avoid this company. AVOID
I ordered some wooden hooks which were delivered to our drive by the chosen delivery company rather than our house. The package was not there within 30 minutes of having been told it had been delivered. Several months have gone by trying to obtain a refund for not having received the package I had paid for.Customer service has been completely unhelpful.

I ordered a light for £1370.00 which looked beautiful on the picture.
What arrived was nothing like I ordered. The delivery took over 3 months as I was conned into believing it was being made ‘bespoke’, which also prevented me from cancelling or returning.
PLEASE PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.
The cutlery set was incredibly sharp and felt heavier than it appeared, very good quality. Exactly what I needed to upgrade my dining table.
The bedside lamps were a good fit and are very attractive, and the bedspread complemented them well.
£269 lamp ordered - this is NOT a Swedish company - this is rubbish from China. The Swedish mobile Telno is constantly unavailable - it's a con that I sadly fell for. All I got for my money is a metal (not wood) lamp stand - a metal (not marble) base, and MISSING lampshade (which was what it was all about) and a box of smashed up polystyrene... TOTAL SCAM/ FRAUD....The glossy website and Swedish address/telno lure you in. It is also impossible to return as needs to be sent to Sweden (customs taxes and postage = c.£100) BUT as it was dispatched from China there is no paperwork for an EU return. And why waste another £100 when I know they will never refund me. Time to get hold of my credit card company to see what they can do.

Just found out I have lost thousands of pounds!!... ordered 2 Ball of Yarn Chandeliers only for them to be delivered very late and they are the most terrible copies from CHINA.
