Purchased a dress online, a year ago. Never received it nor the money. It's a scam!!!!

Ordered in February 2023 paid for order never recived anything and not able to contact them for refund very bad experience don't order from them definitely a scam

Ordered almost a month and item is still awaitig shipment, nobody responds to emails. I should have found this page before ordering

Wouldn't give 1 -100 tbh ordered 3 dresses July 22 was for a deaf charity event nov contacted Oct my package stuck at customs weren't told that in web site it was 14 days now 2023 April no dresses no refund after many emails to company been totally blanked never use this company please don't use

I placed an order in the end of July-2022. They confirmed the order.
Then they responded that due to high volume of orders, delays are unavoidable.
However, they promised to ship in the end of August-2022

3 months passed since, but I have not received anything.
On the end of November, I requested to refund money for the order.
They responded that it would take a month to process.
Month passed, and another month, and another…
I received nothing.
They stopped to answer e-mails.

Definite scammers, keep away.

I paid my money, never received my order. Asked for a refund, never received it. I was blocked from commenting on Facebook. Absolute SCAM

I have ordered 3 dresses and it's been 2 months and till now it's not been delivered and they are now not replying to my emails. I lost my money. This is not a trusted place for purchasing. So please be cautious on purchasing from the sites that comes on Facebook.

Ordered in august nothing received. Asked for refund. Never sent. Still waiting for refund, after countless emails sent and not answered.
Do Not Use this company! have learnt the hard way

This company has not delivered my order and is not giving back my money, is now not replying to my emails. They have made the Facebook settings so that I cannot comment or select a emoji. It has been 6 months since I made my purchase. This is a company that will happily take your money and provide no service /product for it. I will caution anybody not to spend your hard earned money on this company.

They are a definite scam. Ordered and paid for goods in November still waiting. Contacted them and was told be patient we are very busy with sale promotion.
People like them make it extremely hard for honest merchants to make sales, I know I will not be ordering online ever again.
