Illegal sale of Adobe software.
After numerous attempts to get a refund it is clear that this company is not going to act properly. The illegal Adobe software was disabled by Adobe and they indicated that there was no way that they were a seller of legal versions of their software. They first tried to get me to use a software program that would allow them to take over my computer so they could "fix the software." Then they suggested a zoom meeting so they could show me how to get the software to work.
