A positive experience thanks to all the interesting facts about Budapest the guide shared. The tour was pleasant and with plenty of time to admire the city's beauty.

Good experience, nice local guide! The group was a bit too large at the time I selected (13:30). It is a 2 hours walking tour so I do not recommend for younger kids.

Our tour of Bogotà was great! Our guide Angelica explained a lot of the history and culture of Bogotà and Colombia in general. She spoke clearly and was a good storyteller all around. We appreciated the tour because if we had visited the same place without knowing the history behind them we would have missed some very important information about the capital of Colombia and its people and history. We were satisfied with the general organization of the Sahara trip, but what happened with transport and the “luxury” desert camp was completely unacceptable.
We traveled in February, when mornings and nights are very cold. The van used for transport had no heating at all. It was freezing inside, and we had to sit in winter jackets for hours every morning until the sun warmed the van from outside. My legs were literally freezing after those rides. This is basic comfort and safety, and it should be guaranteed.
The biggest disappointment was the so-called “luxury” desert accommodation, for which we paid an extra about €50 per person. There was no heating in the tent. When we told reception that the AC/heating was not working, they told us: “You are traveling with this agency, and your package does not include AC.”
So we were forced to pay an extra €40 just to have heating during the night.
This is not “luxury.” This is misleading and dishonest. If you sell a luxury desert tent in February, heating should absolutely be included in the price — not charged as an extra after arrival. That feels like a scam, and it is embarrassing for both the agency and the camp.
If you book this trip, make sure you ask in writing exactly what is included, because the advertised “luxury” option may not be what you think.

The guide didn't show up for the appointment. The group waited almost an hour for the management to confirm that the city tour was canceled.

I absolutely loved the historical tour guide of Lisbon. My tour guide was a wonderful and funny young girl. Her English was impeccable. I would repeat more tours in the future.

A really interesting walking tour of Seville with Ramon! We met at Setas de Seville and he took us all around the city in around 90 mins. He explained a lot of history, and gave us a list of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed this tour, and it helped us to plan the rest of our trip in Seville.

It was a very interesting experience because the guide, Giovanni, was great, helpful, and knowledgeable. We took a tour of Madrid's felt to get a general overview. He also gave us ideas for where to go to eat.
