I look their 5 star reviewers and find as odd that you have two groups of them, one that have cjkeymall as their first review, or the one that have one more review few days earlier. Im just saying

I purchased MS Office 2021 Professional Plus on their website and paid for it with Paypal. Received a confirmation e-mail that they successfully processed my payment. Yet they never e-mailed me the license key or installation instructions. Nothing after they took my money! Don't know how they got so many positive reviews. Makes me wonder if the reviews are real or fake.

After my review posted, they replied saying that the product is in my inbox. Wrong! I've been checking my inbox multiple times a day, and nothing has shown up, even after I sent multiple e-mails to their customer service asking for what I paid for. So they read the reviews, but don't read their e-mails? Or maybe they see my e-mails but never intended to send me the item I paid for because they are scam artists. Take my strong advice, and don't pay these guys for anything!

I have ordered in the past from them and online product was delivered in 10 minutes. this time the product wasn't delivered for 24 hours and when I got it, the key was not authorized.

customer support is rarely available, their listed customer support email came back as bad. trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth.

find another vendor, they are not worth it.

update 3/27/23:

still no response from customer support via email, whatsapp, online chat or online customer support. they key they provided was bogus, don't waste your time here.

i will dispute the charge on my credit card.

So far 2 purchases. First (Jan 2023) went without a problem. Second purchase (Mar 2023): Originally was provided a key that did not work. Used whatsapp to contact (provided in email receipt) and was provided a key that worked.

I purchased the software I understand there was no key but I was not able to use the software it kept telling me it was not accessible at that time that I might would have to use the cloud that's not what I paid for
