Great builders
I've worked with a few builders in the past and I must say Craig & his team did a fantastic job. We did a wrap- around extension (4 month project). What made the team stand out:
1. Reliable - we have 3 young kids and he made the whole process safe and easy for us to manage given we lived at the house during the build.
2. Good communication (available via whatsapp and calls throughout build)
3. Made adjustments that made sense / improved look of build (loved that Craig pushed me to get a certain colour of coping stones on my parapet roof!)
4. Kind and competent team - not just the direct team but the sub-contractors e.g. plumber & electrician.
5. Responsive to feedback. We were not keen on the first painter's attention to detail. Craig did not argue; he acknowledged and immediately got an alternative who we were happy with.
6. Craig stuck to the price and only optional extras were charged on top. This trust is important.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cjsmiths.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. CJ Smiths did a very professional job across a ground floor extension, with additional works in the garden (patio, fence etc).
Everything was finished to a high standard and Craig offered great advice throughout.
We would definitely use them again and have recommended to others.
