Nothing like the pictures

Ordered three pair of shorts after seeing an ad on social media. I ordered two in one type of fabric and a third in a different fabric. All three were in the same fabric, no waffle texture like one should have been the other fabric was supposed to be linen. It looked like cheesecloth. Emailed customer service a few days ago. No response
*update* I complained through PayPal since I used them for payment. I explained one item was the completly incorrect style, and the other two looked nothing like the advertisement or website. Sent photos. The company offered refund if I ship back to Chine, which looks like a $35.00 charge through USPS. I don't feel I should have to pay to return an incorrect item, and two items that don't match what they advertised. Explained again to PayPal. STILL WAITING.

"30 Day Easy Returns"

I purchased a pair of shorts from this company from an X ad. They showed up and weren't as expected. I asked to return them, and they said to send them to their warehouse in Asia. Email I received copied and pasted below:

"Dear:

We are sorry about replying so late

We can refund you 20% and you can keep the shorts

Or you can return the item to our transit warehouse in Asia and when we receive it we will refund full of you

Best wishes!"
