The new site and service is very good, fast and professional. The only reason why I do not give 5 stars is because of the fact that you cannot deposit directly from the site with Credit Cards. I trust... See more

Subject: Formal Appeal of Account #556526 Breach Decision and Payout Denial
Dear CK Funded Compliance Team,
I am writing in regard to your recent notice dated July 19, 2025, concerning my funded trading account #556526.
After a thorough review of the CK Funded Trading Rules and the details outlined in your message, I respectfully dispute both cited breaches and request a full reassessment based on the following:
1.
Scalping Allegation Unsubstantiated
According to your official rules, scalping is defined as:
“…closing a trading position within 5 minutes of opening or exploiting average price changes of 5 pips.”
The trade in question on USA100.t for 50 lots was not closed within 5 minutes and does not reflect rapid-fire micro-profit behavior typical of tick scalping. It was a standard market execution with a defined risk, held for a reasonable duration. The accusation of scalping lacks evidence when measured against your documented criteria.
2.
Gambling Behavior Misapplied
The cited trade resulted in a controlled $450 loss. While the position size was large, no prior warning was issued regarding the 0.8% Risk Limit Rule — a rule which, by your own documentation, must be:
Communicated via email, and
Explicitly applied to an individual’s account before enforcement.
Since no such communication was received, any attempt to apply this rule retroactively is inconsistent with your stated policies. Furthermore, taking a single large position does not automatically constitute “gambling” unless paired with excessive margin usage or reckless behavior across multiple trades — which is not the case here.
3.
Lot Size Exposure — Unmentioned Yet Possibly Relevant
If the issue stemmed from exceeding the lot cap on indices, this should have been clearly communicated. However, this was not referenced in the violation notice, and as such, cannot be reasonably used to justify the denial of payout or breach of account at this time.
4.
Payout Denial is Excessive and Unaligned With Policy
According to your trading rulebook, infractions such as lot inconsistency or minor rule violations result in proportional deductions, not full forfeiture:
“CK Funded shall be entitled to withdraw profits it deems inappropriately gained…”
Thus, the denial of 100% of a valid $3,543.73 payout, without breakdown or due process, appears excessive, unsupported, and contrary to the risk management provisions outlined.
5.
Request for Specific Evidence
To support fair resolution, I request the following be shared:
Trade duration logs for the July 16, 2025, position
A copy of any prior risk warnings or communication applying the 0.8% Risk Rule
Clarification on whether the alleged violation is of the lot exposure cap rather than scalping or gambling
In the absence of substantiated evidence for the claimed breaches, I respectfully request the reinstatement of my payout and removal of the account breach flag.
If unresolved, I reserve the right to escalate this matter to the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) under the grounds of unfair contract enforcement and unjustified financial denial
Massive scam full loophole to clause , no response seen yet

server issues…
working with the new propfirm has been good but there are some serious issues like the Aone app lagging. also sometimes you place an order and set SL to 32$ and you find SL hit with 50$ in loss. forinstancce yesterday i took a sell on BTC and my SL was 104800 i woke up to find my SL hit but checking on binance its that the price never went to that point by the time SL was hit and was not even closer to the point
