Terrible experiences with their Sales manager when we made an inquiry on the items purchased. We can't believe that he shouted over the phone and was very unprofessional.

We ordered a under bench fridge and we had the first 2 fridges both damaged in transit which wasn’t the issue as they offered to send a new fridge each time but in the 3rd time we got delivered another damaged fridge and when I emailed them to let them know I had no response. I understand the first 2 times was an issue with the courier but the 3rd time to get a damaged fridge again and no response to have it replaced or fixed has made this a terrible experience.

I received excellent service from Tim. I was very impressed with my s/s pot that Tim suggested. It arrived safe & sound and on time. I highly recommend CKS to all

We are really happy with our pizza bar fridge. There was a hiccup with the delivery, which was not cksonline fault. However, everyone was so pleasant that it didnt bother us as the customer service was excellent and they where genuine people. We will deal with you again.

from order it arrived in 3 days to the Gold Coast and in good condition

The quality of products is average. The sink we purchased had so many scuff marks like it was not machined properly. The bench we bought was no where near the quality we bought from ebay. Not to mention you have to keep a close on the prices, as at a blink of a second they can change the prices and then what seems like a good price is not anymore. The service was good and friendly and the pricing was not the fault of the salesman, more so operations behind the scenes.

Great customer service and very competitive prices. Will definitely order again.

Tim was great! I could not believe that by the time I had paid the invoice it only took 3 days for the items to be delivered.
