Paid $3,000 of $3,600 product price. Company rep continued to claim they didn't receive our Zelle payments although they were sent to the email on their invoice. When they realized we were not going to send payments to a different email address, they claimed the containers were in route. Day of delivery, we received a bogus email claiming we owed $1,500 in "refundable insurance." This place is a scam. They also claim to be mobile home movers. Their contact is info at cladcontainers.com; phone numbers (although they may change) 252-228-1870, 254-233-8435, 828-356-0392. Their address is a vacant strip center. We are Christian nonprofit, so the $3k loss hurts and comes out of funds used to serve the community!
