We made a claim in 2017 with claims4flights and was told that we were unsuccessful. In 2019 we started a claim with another company and were informed we were paid out in 2017.

It turns out that Claims4flights have had our money for 2 years and not told us. It has then taken me nearly 6 months to get the pay out. They are full of excuses, account on holiday, dogs eat your paperwork etc etc. Stay clear.

It took 2 years for it to actually go through but I don’t think that was their fault I think this was down to the airline, but finally got my claim and it was a nice surprise. Quick to get the payment to me & easy to complete. Rates are pretty reasonable too.

Very easy process. Between us my partner and I have had to claim 3 times! Don’t fly with us! On the last 5 hour delay I wanted to tell every passsnager but how? Still thinking about that , not that I am wishing for another delayed flight.

My experience with Claim4flights has been brilliant. They were recommended to me by a friend who had had a successful outcome a year before. I wish I had started with them first rather than trying to get the compensation via the airline myself. Anyway once put in the hands of Claim4flights I did not have to do anything. The matter was passed eventually to solicitors (which is explained in all the terms and conditions i.e. when the airline does not respond) and I was very happy with the compensation amount I received. The fee charged I think was reasonable for all the work done over a 13 month period. I would highly recommend Claim4flights.

Terrible experience. They confirmed several times that the compensation was tranfered to my bank account but I never received any money. I still keep asking for information on the transfer number so I can check with my bank on why the transfer failed but no response for Claim4flights.
