Waste of time!
Hassled me like mad to apply for refunds. I finally gave in and filled out the forms and I haven’t heard anything since. This has been months!!! No contact whatsoever.

I have had PPI claims through another company and they took a much lower percentage for their fees. Don't get me wrong I'd have had nothing without them chasing this for me but out of a payment of £80.40 Claim Easy took £38.08. A bit extortianate considering they are supposed to be regulated.
I was also hounded for payment. Even though you get 14 days to pay, bearing in mind you need to bank the cheque and await clearance, they hounded from the off with phone calls, texts and emails several times a day - they also send out letters. I also received phone calls, emails and texts chasing the money after I had received an invoice from them for my payment fee!

Very efficient. Customer service excellent in fact I would say every dealing I have had with them I have been extremely impressed and I am from a customer service background. Many companies should take example.

Claimeazy charging rates that exceed the capped rate
Claimeazy are a joke and so are the FCA who they claim regulates them. There is a cap in place on all claims made after June 2018 of 20% but the FCA fail to act on companies like this one that are using the fact that most who use them are not aware of the cap. The fact that customers are signing up should not mean companies like this can charge over the capped rate. It's obvious they are not being regulated at all.
