Really simple claim process that hand-holds you through the entire platform. The guidance is super helpful and their account managers are there to give extra help and guidance.

Overall, it made a really daunting/confusing task quite simple and straightforward, not to mention quick!

Excellent! We'd been previously giving up 20% of our credit to our accountant who had been doing the return for us, after finding Claimer on Product Hunt we opted to use them due to their low fees.

The service offered throughout was excellent, with Adam providing regular updates and often prodding us (and our accountant) to make sure we provided the correct bits of info. Although the platform is somewhat 'self-service', we found the time we spent on it no more than we have spent on prior 'managed' applications.

The refund came through in a timely manner and was forwarded onto us almost immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
