Not the first time we have used Claim Makers. This time got us through our flood claim with cover for damage and loss of rent. Always been a good service. We didn’t have to think about anything, they just got it done.

Terrible experience. After dealing with personnel in the company I started an insurance claim. I had people come to check the property for the damage etc and conversed at length with Adam my point of contact. Things were going ahead as normal but suddenly I was dropped from their clients and not even notified! I didn't realise for quite some time as last I spoke with Adam he told me to leave it with him. I only found out because my insurance company chased me. Extremely unprofessional and when I called to get answers, they were very unhelpful stating new policy of £50k claims and over. The least they could have done was notify me!

In response to the below reply - I have detailed and consistent correspondence up until April 6th back and forth between myself, Adam and my insurance company. Adam expressly told me he would let me know if you would be able to take my claim. Just because you decided not to, doesn't mean you simply stop correspondence. Sorry, not professional behaviour in my opinion.

Excellent Service from Claim Makers. They handled my claim from the very beginning to the end with little involvement from myself and kept me well informed every step of the way.

My neighbour’s washing machine got disconnected and the water came down and damaged my bathroom and bedroom. I accidentally found Claim Makers and called them. Nik visited me the same day to assess the damages. He managed the entire claim and I didnt have to do anything other than allow a few visits with builders and the insurance rep. I got a settlement and was able to conduct all the repairs including having the wet areas dried with special equipment!

Claim Makers did a fantastic job with our claim. We originally settled with our insurance company for a low amount that did not cover all the repairs. Claim Makers reopened our claim and got us full coverage for all the damages we had at our house. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone.
