From the very start of our claim Montana Clay was very helpful and maintained regular contact. We were informed of the progress of our claim over the whole time it took to achieve an outcome. Although the final outcome was not a complete success, Montana maintained persistence in trying to get the best outcome for us. We decided to finally accept the final outcome and requested Montana to settle, although she still wanted to try for a full roof replacement. We thank her for her diligence and professionalism throughout the claim process.

After the hail storm in Brisbane last November we got in touch with Rebuild. From day one we had Melvin look after our claim. The service Melvin provided was fantastic, we were kept in the loop the whole way through to settlement with regular updates on progress. Jen made contact with me regularly with updates all along the way to finish. During her wedding time off she made sure a sub was appointed to take over for her time away. Very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Got a great payout result via Jennifer's persistence.

Roughly 1/3 of the way through the claim process when Melvin took over from Cooper I was worried that I'd not have the same trusting professional relationship that I have built with Cooper. But as it turned out, Melvin was dedicated, trustworthy, reliable, professional, passionate, understanding and promptly pushed through with communication with our insurer counteracting each claim offer where there had been some areas in the scope of repair/replacement work that were identified as lacking. I was even given an ex gratia cash of $500 by the insurer as goodwill due to delay on their part. Thank you Melvin and ClaimsCo for your professionalism and dedication to help people like me who may not have the time, capacity or the know how to begin a claim from their insurer which can be an arduous process. I would have given up mid-way, so I am glad I chose ClaimsCo to act on my behalf. Best decision.

We were a little unsure if we were doing the right thing but it was the best move. Jennifer has been great she has kept us updated every 2weeks even when she was getting married.
