Overall, the process with Clairamor was great. They provide 3D mockups of the design you’re looking for if going custom, and have great pricing compared to other vendors. Turnaround time for this ring was very quick compared to other sellers I was looking at, even though it took me a year to finalize the design! I’m thankful for their patience and kindness throughout this process.

I recently upgraded my ring, and I am absolutely over the moon! The entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly so fun from beginning to end. The new ring is absolutely stunning! Ordering online was a breeze and the team kept us updated on the progress of production the entire way. It shipped and showed up right on time with no hiccups. I first saw their tik tok videos and was so impressed with their craftsmanship and detail! We decided to customize my dream ring, a 3 stone emerald cut ring. It is absolutely gorgeous. We had a specific budget and they were able to meet us UNDER that budget without comprising the details i wanted.

Exceptional customer service is an understatement. When we discovered a defect with the ring, that could have happened from any jeweler, Clairamor immediately took action to make it right. They went above and beyond by having a brand-new ring made and shipped to us right away, so we never had to go without an engagement ring. We honestly don't think we would have received this unparalleled level of care from any other jeweler. To top it off, their prices were better than any of the local shops.
