The process of choosing a diamond and ring setting was simple and I especially liked the images a long the way so you can see exactly what you are building (for the folks less familiar with the names of the different designs). After purchase, communication was timely and consistent throughout the ring building process. I was told it would be delivered on a specific day and it was, which made planning that much easier. Overall, the ring arrived as beautiful as I imagined and my now Fiancé absolutely loves it. Really great value for money and customer service was as good as it comes.

Cameron was incredibly patient while I worked through what I wanted. He listened to all my ideas and fixed my vision until it was perfect! The end result is amazing. I can't recommend enough!

I came into the custom ring buying process not 100% sure what I wanted. I gave the Clairamor team a few ideas and they sent me back a design that I loved and was exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the process I continued to make small changes to the ring and they were very understanding of my indecision on what I wanted, and understood how important it is to get the ring right the first time. The customer service aspect was great, also. They responded very quickly and answered every question I had with the upmost respect. When it came to finalizing the design and purchasing the ring, the process was smooth as can be. When I received the ring it was like nothing I have ever seen in person before. The ring was stunning and exactly how I wanted it. My fiancée has gotten hundred of compliments on her new ring and it’s all credit to the team at Clairamor. Let me start off by saying, I know it’s odd doing anything online especially your engagement ring experience. However, for the price, quality, attention to detail and the excellent advice regarding the structure of your ring. You will not regret it. These guys are exceptional.

You send them your idea, they will work something up for you. Send you a model of it for fitting, an in-person look. If you like it they review with you the diamond they chose with your budget. You name it.

The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I am still finalizing my style, but he made trying different rings so easy and efficient. I met with him on Monday, and I had my 3D waxes delivered by Thursday. I absolutely recommend working with Clairamor.

Stunning ring!
I first saw the company’s rings on social media and I’m very happy I did. Everything that goes in to buying a ring, is made so much easier by this company. I scheduled a consultation with Cameron prior to purchasing and am glad I did, I was able to get reassurance that the exact diamond I had in mind was good. Also was very impressed that he asked if I’d like to change anything about the ring! Amazing that they even offer customizations to the bands they offer.
After ordering, they remained VERY communicative and were even able to get me the ring a few days earlier than they had planned at my request. The ring arrived and is even better than I had hoped, and my fiance loves it.
Overall an amazing experience with them and am happy to say they designed the ring! Will definitely be purchasing some other jewelry they offer. (No this is not a paid or otherwise incentivized review).

I genuinely do not know where to even start when it comes to complimenting this company and saying thank you for crafting a perfect ring. I worked closely with Jenny Wilson for about 2 months as she works endlessly and patiently to craft the perfect ring for me. She was extremely informative, detailed, and quick with every response via email. I had to send my ring back for a different setting and I received my ring back in less than 2 weeks. The ring was packaged with care and I appreciated that you had to sign to receive the ring. I received pictures throughout the process so I knew what the ring would look like on arrival. I cannot stop staring at how meticulously and carefully detailed the ring is! You can tell that everyone that works here takes pride in creating beautiful rings. I cannot suggest this company enough!
