Pessima esperienza

Pessima esperienza. intanto si prendono ben 2 € per la gestione dell'ordine e poi ci mettono ben 10 giorni prima di elaborarlo. sul sito c'è scritto 48 ore. poi altri giorni, senza tracciamento, per consegnarlo. mai più acquisterò prodotti da loro

Servizio efficiente

Dopo un piccolo malinteso iniziale il servizio è stato eccellente. Assistenza clienti ottimo , lame affilate in modo efficiente e restituite in pochi giorni tramite corriere

Pessima assistenza clienti

Lentezza disarmante nella spedizione dei prodotti.
Per un grembiule e altri piccoli oggetti più di 7 gg.
Il secondo ordine di sole forbici 15 gg.
Assistenza clienti pessima.
Attualmente le forbici ordinate non tagliano, ok non saranno forbici da 1000 euro, ma alla stessa stregua le avrei prese su Amazon a meno.
Ho mandato la mail già da 3 giorni e non ho ricevuto risposta.
Come si fa a non rispondere alle mail ?
Devo per forza chiamare ai loro orari che non sono i miei ?
