My order was delivered promptly, there was a small mix up with the gift message, it was delivered with someone else's message, but the recipients were happy with the goods. The recipients had to phone to find out who had sent the hamper, I was not contacted about the error.

Firstly huge apologies that we mixed up the gift card for your order, as a small business , customer service is very important to us and we appreciate that you must have felt let down by us not contacting you .
The particular week your order went out , we ended up with hundreds of orders all going out at the same time due to supply chain issues . We had originally planned for half of the orders to go out the week before -
but this couldn't happen as we were awaiting on products to fulfill them.
It was an extremely challenging week and with 3 new staff members , with so much for them to learn and with so many issues behind the scenes outwith our control - it was one of the most overwhelming weeks we have ever had in business.
We can understand your disappointment and as much as we try our best to try to ensure everything goes to plan ... sometimes we make mistakes .
Working throughout this pandemic has really highlighted so many challenges now that weren't an issue before , so we have lots of changes to make in January when we return .

Excellent service from ordering to receipt. As soon as order was placed online I received a text about collection. Very efficient service which I could not fault.
