The order was delayed, but no one told me. I had to call multiple times on a status of my order. I will only be coming in the store from now on. The tea was amazing and in store service is the best.

Wonderful place, awesome tea and super friendly staff. We ordered the High Tea for 4 and loved every last sip and bite. We will be going back soon and highly suggest that if you love tea and sweet breads to visit Tea ParTea!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Customer service out of this world amazing. Teas are soooo good, plant to the noise and palette. And they make me feel amazing and so special when I drink them. Truly like I'm drinking elixirs of life, beauty and spirit. Try their store at South county mall or order online
Both options are fabulous and the in person interactions at the mall always has me feeling sparkly and happy when I leave.

My experience from the start was wonderful. My husband and I were on vacation from Florida back in late June early July.We went to the mall looking for sneakers but instead found this wonderful place. The lady working there was warm and inviting. I first asked her about some southern food restaurants in the area that she recommended and boom I would up buying teas! She also gave me a free honey stick for my under the weather hubby. From the start I was hooked.

My order turned out to be back ordered, and to make up for it they included lots of extra goodies! They even got something my partner might like in there.

The website was easy to navigate. The teas had such creative names and looked scrumptious. I was able to read what each tea was used for and what the ingredients were. So informative!!

We went to the shop to order tea and the owner was super nice and knowledgeable! They do not carry CBD tea in the store so we ordered some online and it came very quickly. We needed to double check the ingredients on a tea and got a speedy response via Facebook messenger! Only minor thing is it would be nice to search for a tea by name on the website.

Since I'm new to the tea world, I wanted to try a variety of your teas to find the ones I loved. I ordered 2 of the variety boxes with a total of 8 different flavors. Upon opening the boxes, I was disappointed that there is no way for me to tell which of the tea flavors I will experience. Is there no way for them to be tagged.

I had a problem with my first order, but the wonderful people at Tea ParTea made it right. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. And the best part, the tea is amazing! I've never tasted anything like it.

I've only tried the orange spice so far, and it is excellent.
No need to add any sugar or sweetener.
I called the store with some questions.
Everything was explained to me on the best way to use the teas.

Your timing was excellent, got it in two day, very immaculate stuff. Gives me energy and I enjoy them very much.

The tea is most definitely one of a kind and top quality. It is a form of tea you can eat also and it is REAL INGREDIENTS NOT JUST LEAVES!!! Definitely worth every penny and amazing taste!!!!
