I ordered two pairs of black yoga pants and only 1 pair has been delivered. Despite sending an email on the day the parcel was delivered and again a week later and again today, I have still not received a response. No yoga pants and no refund.

Shame really as they are of nice quality and fit.

I received my parcel and unfortunately one of the pairs of trousers was stitched wrongly. I contacted Clarence and alabama and immediately got a response from Amy to apologise and inform me she was going to send a new pair out at no extra cost. Absolutely amazing customer service, thank you so much!
